Questions about pricing
What does "unlimited users" mean?
Add as many people as you like, on any plan, at no extra cost. Each person gets their own extension and can take calls in the browser, the apps or a desk phone.
What happens if we go over our minutes?
Calls keep working. Each plan's rate for extra minutes is in the comparison table above.
Do we need special hardware?
No. A computer with a headset is enough. If you already have SIP desk phones such as Polycom or Yealink, you can connect them too.
Is every feature really on every plan?
Yes. Call flows, ring groups, voicemail transcription, integrations, multiple offices and permissions are on Starter just as they are on Business. Plans differ only in minutes, numbers and support.
How does the free trial work?
